S&P 100 / OEX Intraday Trading

Hi,

Am new to OEX intraday option trading.

Would like to know if there's any way in determining the next trading days' direction of this OEX after the closing of the previous OR after the first 1/2 hr or 1 hour of market open.

When to enter and exit the trade for the day would get me the highest probable profit?

How the experience trader trade it intraday with consistence profit?
