Max loss spread reads as Max gain 32 11/20/09 3:12 PM
Optionetics Platinum
Still a bit confused...Say I'm selling the spread for 9.75. Because both legs are deep ITM, I'd be assigned and exercised, so I'd be debited $10. (width of spread). So 10.00 - 9.75 = .25 guaranteed loss. Is that right? Thanks!Stacey

Hi tsunami,Interesting.. I've spoken to OptionsXpress and confirmed their data is updated every 1-1.5 hours. The data many hours after the end of that day was a volume of over 17,500, I think around 19,000 and the OI was a bit over 1,700.So the myster...

in my opinion, when the ADX is rising it has strength.I believe there is no other way to measure its strength. And if the ADX is flat but the two DI are separating, then that also shows strength in the DI in control.
