Account opening is a breeze online and customer service is available during US market hours (via Live Help) or during Australian business hours. There are no subscription or sign up fees.

Trading: Orders can be entered 24 hours a day/7 days a week on custom designed order screens that include stocks, options, spreads and covered calls. Conditional orders can be added including trailing stops, one-triggers-other and one-cancels-other. Real time streaming data and charts are available at no cost, along with price alerts, watch lists, customisable account and position information, emailed trade confirms and access to LEAP options.
