We may change these terms at any time but will notify you in advance of any material changes; your continued use of Optionetics means that you accept any new or modified terms and conditions. By registering, you certify that all information you provide in the registration is accurate. Optionetics.com users may only maintain one active free registration. In other words, it's one registration per person. By accepting this agreement, you certify that you personally have no other free registration with Optionetics.com. This limitation does not apply to paid subscriptions.

Our Content Is Copyrighted

All of the content on this site is the property of Optionetics and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. By "content" we mean any information, mode of expression, or other materials and services found on Optionetics. This content includes message boards, chats, software, our writings, graphics, and any and all other features found on the site.

You may make one copy of our content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that any material copied remains intact and includes the following notice: "Copyright 1996-2013 Optionetics. By registering with Optionetics.com, you agree that Optionetics has an unlimited license to republish anything you post in our areas. Conduct

Optionetics believes in active and open debate among our users. All we ask is that it's done in a lawful and civil manner - be it posting on our boards or using our system to email a poster directly. Accordingly, you agree to use Optionetics.com for lawful purposes only. You may not use or allow others to use your Optionetics.com registration to:

• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person;

• Post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation including chain letters and pyramid schemes;
• Intentionally violate the laws, rules, and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the national or other securities exchanges, especially and including the rule against making false or misleading statements to manipulate the price of any security;
• Intentionally violate any other applicable law or regulation while accessing and using our site;
• Offer, sell, or buy any security; and
• Post or transmit any file that contains viruses, corrupted files, "Trojan Horses," or any other contaminating or destructive features that may damage someone else's computer.

Optionetics may at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, remove any post or terminate your membership for violating the above (and if we may say so, reasonable) provisions. You agree to indemnify Optionetics and hold us harmless from any actions, claims, proceedings, or liabilities arising out of your violation of these terms and conditions. You're responsible for all statements made and acts that occur through the use of your user name and password. So please don't disclose your password to anybody. If it has been lost or stolen, let us know as soon as possible.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities

Optionetics provides a broad range of information, services, and commentary. While we strive to provide quality content, we can't and we don't warrant the completeness or accuracy of the content found in our areas, or its usefulness for any particular purpose. And although we have the hardest-working, most talented traders/writers in the business, Optionetics also makes no promises that our content or the service itself will be delivered to you uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Other Info

If any provision in this Agreement is invalid, unenforceable, or nonsensical, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement is and always will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California (except with respect to choice of law). You agree that the proper forum for any claim arising under this Agreement will be in San Mateo County or the appropriate California state court.
