Any credit towards the purchase of a service or product that a student receives from Optionetics must be used by student within one year from the date the order was executed by student. Please note that there may be registration requirements that the Student must satisfy in order to purchase these seminars and products. We reserve the right to refuse offer. Special limited time offers have terms and conditions which differ from those set forth here. In those circumstances, the refund policy stated in the special limited time offer shall apply. “RMA#” refers to a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which you must request from Customer Service by calling 1-888-366-8264, and choosing option 5, before returning any product. Any seminar or product purchased at a seminar may be cancelled at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction.
2-day Optionetics Seminar Part One: Student is guaranteed the right to withdraw from the training program designated herein without penalty by 12:00pm noon of day one of the training class scheduled above, or within fourteen (14) days from the enrollment date, whichever occurs first. The seminar materials must be returned in reusable condition to one of our representatives at the seminar identified above between the hours of 9:30am and 12:00 noon. Part Two: If Student does not make a 300% return of the tuition paid hereunder, Student will receive a 100% refund of the tuition. To qualify, Student must open and close thirty-six (36) Optionetics Limited Risk Options Trades within six (6) months of the enrollment date. For the purpose of the section, a "Limited Risk Options Trade" shall be defined as a trade (regardless of the number of instruments, stocks, options, etc., used/combined to become a "trade") that has a predetermined maximum downside potential loss and that employs a strategy taught by Optionetics. Student must submit broker statements demonstrating that Student has exclusively employed the Optionetics strategies and any other documents requested by Optionetics. All such documentation must be submitted within seven (7) months of the enrollment date. Refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days from date of authorization, return of the materials, and receipt by Optionetics of a written request for a refund. In the event Student does not so withdraw, Student waives any further right under the above guarantee. The quality of our product enables us to confidently offer a refund policy that exceeds legal requirements; however, we are required to advise you of your rights under those laws: You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction ("Enrollment Date"). 2-day Optionetics Seminar Reattend The right to reattend an Optionetics 2-Day Seminar is free with your original paid tuition. Due to the popularity of our seminars, we require a valid Credit Card to guarantee your seat at our seminars. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the seminar or your credit card WILL BE CHARGED $500. If you cancel in time we WILL NOT charge your credit card.
Advanced 3-Day Live Trading Class You may cancel within seven (7) days after execution of the order form, and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the course. If you need to cancel, you must call Customer Service at 1-888-366-8264 and choose option 5. No refund or credit is available if you cannot attend one or more of the sessions for which you are registered. If you have registered for a particular class, and wish to change classes, we will do our best to honor your request if we can find a replacement to fill your reserved seat in the class. If we cannot find a replacement to take your seat, we will be unable to change your registration.
Active Investor Methods (AIM) Simply return your materials before 12:00 p.m. of the first day of your scheduled AIM Seminar or within 14 days from the enrollment date, whichever occurs first. Materials must be returned in reusable condition to a Profit Strategies representative at the seminar or at our office in order to process your refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required to process the return.
Optionetics Monthly Newsletter Available to U.S. residents only.
Directional Trader Available to U.S. residents only. Yearly Subscription: Subscription is for 48 issues. Student can obtain a 100% refund of the purchase price up until the second issue of the subscription becomes available on the Optionetics Web site. After the second issue of your yearly subscription, the refund is available on a pro-rated basis at the monthly billing rate of $195 up to the amount paid for the offer. Subscriptions cannot be suspended or delayed to a later date. Monthly Subscription: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are available for partial months. Monthly subscriptions to the publications are automatically re-billed every four weeks until the subscription is canceled by student. Subscriptions cannot be suspended or delayed to a later date. Quarterly Subscription: You may cancel at any time. Refunds are only available on a pro-rated basis at the monthly billing rate of $195. CD Clubs If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel within seven (7) days after your purchase, and receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, provided that you obtain a RMA# from Customer Service (1-888-366-8264 and choose option 5) and return the full CD set, bonus CD and case in resaleable condition within the seven (7) day period.
Platinum Express, Platinum and Platinum Pro Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are available for partial months. Monthly subscriptions are automatically re-billed every four weeks until the subscription is canceled by Student. Subscriptions cannot be suspended or delayed to a later date. Platinum Express Annual Subscriptions: No refunds are available upon expiration of the free trial period. For your security, we cannot process trial cancellations via e-mail. You must call 1-888-366-8264, and choose option 5. Subscriptions cannot be suspended or delayed to a later date. Platinum and Platinum Pro Annual Subscriptions: No refunds are available after initial purchase or renewal of an annual subscription. Subscriptions cannot be suspended or delayed to a later date.
OASIS OASIS is non-refundable unless canceled within three (3) days from the date your order form was executed. Your OASIS registration is non-transferable, and no credit or refund is available if you are unable to attend the event.
Signature Series Students who are in the first 30 days of their membership and are not completely satisfied may cancel within twenty four (24) hours after they access their first seminar, and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the subscription. If you need to cancel, you must call Customer Service at 1-888-366-8264 and choose option 5. No refund or credit is available if you cannot attend one or more of the sessions for which you are registered, or if you do not use all of your credits.
