When will I receive my Platinum username/password?
Username/passwords for Platinum will be received within moments of purchasing from the website. If the username/password is not received please email platinuminfo@optionetics.com.
If purchased through our office you will receive your username/password the day your credit card is charged (most of the time within 24 hours).
If purchased through a seminar you can activate your Platinum account by using your activation code provided to you at the point of sale at the seminar. http://optionetics.com/platinum/activate/.

How do I renew my Platinum subscription?
You can renew your Platinum subscription by contacting our office at 1-888-366-8264 and pressing 3 or by clicking the link at the top page in your Platinum account.
When will I get my Platinum user guide?
User guides are available to annual subscribers at no charge. Customers will receive the manual within 7-10 days. There is an online help manual to get you started at http://platinum.optionetics.com/cgi-bin/platinumv30/articleEmailer4.php
How do I cancel my Platinum subscription?
Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-366-8264 and press 2 to cancel your subscription. Platinum subscriptions are non-refundable.
How do I get a Platinum free trial?

I'm not receiving my weekly publications by email
Some ISP’s consider us sending spam and block the emails from coming through. Contact your ISP to let them know we are not sending spam. Also check your bulk folders to see if emails are put there. You can also change your email address by contacting our office Monday – Friday at 1-888-366-8264 and press 5 or email at publications@optionetics.com.
Subscribers do not have to wait until the notification email is sent to access your publication issues. You are able to login at any time using your customer id and email address. Publications are posted every Saturday evening at 7:00pm Central Time. http://www.optionetics.com/pubsonline/
I'm located outside the US, why can't I receive the publications?
Due to licensing regulations we are unable to offer the publications outside the U.S.

What if I can't attend the seminar I am registered for?
We do require 48 hour notice if you are unable to attend a seminar. You can contact our office at 1-888-366-8264 and press 5 or email seminars@optionetics.com to cancel your reservation. Once you are canceled out of the seminar you will receive an email cancellation confirmation.
How do I get Strategy Support?
Strategy Support is offered to our Optionetics students only. You can get assistance through the Discussion Boards under "Ask the Traders" Discussion Board
What is my billing status?

Some common reasons why credit cards decline are:
Daily Limit on card - Verify your daily transaction limit - In the instance that the limit on the card is less than the funds required, please ensure that additional funds are made available. Payments are processed in a single transaction within 24 hours of placing the order.
Card Limit - Verify your overall card limit - Please ensure your credit card has sufficient funds to transfer the payment. Payments are processed within 24 hours so any arrangements should be made with your Financial Institution.
Approval may be needed - Verify that approval is not necessary to take payment - For security reasons, Financial Institutions may not recognize the request for payment and block the charge from going through without notifying you. Please contact your Financial Institution and advise your approval for Optionetics to take payment.
What is my order status?

What is my shipping status?
If you have not received your product please contact our customer service department at customerservice@optionetics.com or call 1-888-366-8264 and press 5. Once your product is shipped you will receive an email stating “A shipment has been sent to you by Optionetics”
Order and Refund Policies
Any credit towards the purchase of a service or product that a student receives from Optionetics must be used by student within one year from the date the order was executed by student. Please note that there may be registration requirements that the Student must satisfy in order to purchase some seminars and products.
Special limited time offers have terms and conditions which differ from those set forth here. In those circumstances, the refund policy stated in the special limited time offer shall apply.
Here on out, Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be referred to as RMA#.
Any seminar or product purchased at a seminar may be cancelled at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction.
Refund Policies:
1. 2-day Optionetics Seminar
Part One: Student is guaranteed the right to withdraw from the seminar designated herein without penalty by 12:00 pm noon of day one of the scheduled seminar or within fourteen (14) days from the enrollment date, whichever occurs first provided that the seminar materials are returned in reusable condition to one of our representatives at the seminar identified above between the hours of 9:30 am and 12:00 pm.
Part Two: If Student does not make a 300% return of the tuition paid, Student may choose to receive a 100% refund of the tuition or receive personal training for up to one year upon the following conditions: to qualify, Student must open and close thirty-six (36) Optionetics Limited Risk Options Trades within six (6) months of the enrollment date. Student must submit copies of broker statements and any other documents requested by Optionetics. All such documentation must be submitted within seven (7) months of the enrollment date. Refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days from date of authorization. If Student does not so withdraw, Student waives any further right under the above guarantee. The quality of our product enables us to confidently offer a refund policy that exceeds legal requirements; however, we are required to advise you of your rights under those laws: You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction ("Enrollment Date").
2. Advanced 3-day Live Trading Seminar 3-day Masters Seminar 7-day Cruise and Masters Seminar Interactive Computer Trading Seminar Masters Interactive Computer Trading Seminar Elliott Wave Seminar
The refund policy for the aforementioned seminars is as follows: these purchase orders are non-refundable unless canceled within 7 days from the date the order form was executed by the Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this seven (7) day period. Student's purchase order is non-transferable and no credit is available if Student fails to attend any of the seminars. If Student has signed up for a specific seminar location and desires to change seminar locations, Student's request shall be honored provided that Optionetics can fill Student's reserved spot at the original location with another student. If Optionetics cannot fill Student's reserved spot at the original location then Student's request to change seminar locations shall not be granted.
3. The Coaching Program
This course is non-refundable unless canceled within seven (7) days from the date the order form was executed by Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this seven (7) day period. In addition, should a Student miss one or more sessions of The Coaching Program, no credit is available for the missed session(s) and Student’s only recourse should Student miss one or more sessions is to access the pre-recorded sessions available for a limited amount of time via the Optionetics Web site. If Student has signed up for a specific coaching session and desires to change sessions, Student’s request shall be honored provided that Optionetics can fill Student’s reserved spot for the original session with another student. If Optionetics cannot fill Student’s reserved spot for the original session then Student’s request to change coaching sessions shall not be granted.
4. Optionetics Monthly Newsletter
Available to U.S. residents only.
3-Month Subscription: Refunds are not available.
Yearly Subscription: Refunds are available on a pro-rated basis at the monthly billing rate of $33.33.
5. Directional Trader, Channel Trader, OptionFinder, and WaveFinder
Available to U.S. residents only.
Yearly Subscriptions: If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription(s), after having received your first issue of any of our Trading Publications, just contact us and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. If at any time during the course of your yearly subscription you wish to cancel, contact us and we will refund you the unused portion of your subscription, pro-rated rate of $175 per four weeks of used.
Sorry, we cannot offer refunds on special promotions or discounted subscriptions.
6. CD Clubs
CD Club I: Student has seven days from the date of receipt of the product to request a refund of the purchase price, which does not include shipping and handling charges, provided that Student obtains an "RMA#" from Customer Service and returns the full CD set, bonus CD and case within such seven (7) day period.
CD Club II: If Student is not completely satisfied within 7 days of their first CD in CD Club II being shipped, they can contact us and we will be happy to refund 100% of the purchase price. Student will need to request an RMA number and return any CDs they have received. If at any time during the course of their CD Club subscription the Student wishes to cancel, they should contact us and we will be happy to refund at the pro-rated rate of $250 per CD received.
7. Platinum
Monthly subscriptions - No refunds are available once Student purchases the subscription. Monthly subscriptions shall be automatically re-billed every four weeks until the subscription is canceled by Student. In addition, Students may not suspend the Platinum subscription and restart it at a later date.
Annual subscriptions - No refunds are available upon expiration of the free trial period. If Student does not return the user guide in reusable condition before the expiration of the free trial period, Student shall be charged $99.00. In addition, Students may not suspend the Platinum subscription and restart at a later date.
8. All books
Student has thirty days from the date of purchase to obtain a refund of the purchase price, which does not include shipping and handling charges, provided that Student obtains a "RMA#" from Customer Service and returns the purchased item within such thirty (30) day period.
9. ProfitSource/OptionGear
Student has thirty days from the date of receipt to obtain a refund of the purchase price, which does not include shipping and handling charges, provided that Student obtains a "RMA#" from Customer Service and returns the purchased item within such thirty (30) day period. If product is not returned in new condition, a minimum charge of $99 restocking fee will apply. This product is a single user license. It is non-transferable and not eligible for resale.
10. Wealth Without Worry
Watch the DVDs, read the manuals and practice in the Paper Trading Practice Guide. Then paper trade the market for three months.* If your paper trading does not produce net profits in three months (including the cost of the Wealth Without Worry Package), simply return all materials and your paper trading records by the end of the fourth month and you'll receive a full refund.
*For purposes of this refund policy, "paper trading" means that you have assembled, traded and tracked a fictitious portfolio and measured the profitability or loss of that portfolio.
When rma# has been received for your return, the product must be received by our shipping warehouse within 14 days from the time of the rma# given.

I am on the waitlist for a seminar. When will I be notified?
We will notify you by phone if an open spot becomes available. If we receive no response we will move to the next student on the waitlist until a seat is confirmed.
I have not received a seminar confirmation email, will I be sent one soon?
If the seminar you are attending is more than 30 days away, we have not yet finalized the seminar location. We will email you all the details as soon as it’s available and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If the seminar is in the next 30 days, please go to: My Optionetics to receive the seminar confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation by email after using the seminar confirmation link please contact our office at 1-888-366-8264 and press 5 for customer service.
How can I suspend my Publication subscription?
Suspensions are not available for Publication subscriptions.
I am already an Optionetics student and would like register to reattend another 2-day seminar for free. How can I do this?
As an Optionetics student who has previously attended a 2-day Optionetics seminar you have the right to reattend the 2-day seminar anywhere in the world with a current membership. Depending on your membership there may be a fee to re-attend. To register for an upcoming seminar, click here. How do I add Optionetics to Your Whitelist
What is a "whitelist"?
Some newsletters and business communications become mischaracterized as 'spam' and are blocked by spam filters. A white list is a list of email senders that you want to hear from. By adding Optionetics to your whitelist, you will continue receive timely information from our options strategists, notifications of educational events in your area, and, from time to time, new releases or special offers on investment tools and products.
First, add the address in the "From" line of your most recent Optionetics newsletter to your address book.
The address will be one of these:

Next, follow the instructions for your e-mail provider or software listed below:

To ensure that your Optionetics newsletter is delivered to your Yahoo Inbox (not the Bulk Mail folder), you can instruct Yahoo to filter it to your Inbox.
Here's how:
- Open your Yahoo mailbox
- Click Mail Options
- Click Filters
- Next, click Add Filter
- In the top row, labeled From header:, make sure contains is selected in the pull-down menu
- Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address in the "From" line of your most recent Optionetics
- At the bottom, where it says Move the message to:, select Inbox from the pull-down menu
- Click the Add Filter button again

If you are using Hotmail, you can ensure that your Optionetics newsletter is delivered to your Inbox by adding our "From" address to your Safe List.
Here's how:
- Open your Hotmail mailbox
- Click the Options tab
- Select Safe List. (It's under the heading Mail Handling.)
- In the space provided, enter the address in the "From" line of your most recent Optionetics
- Click Add
- When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click OK

To ensure that your Optionetics newsletter is delivered to your Gmail Inbox (not the "Junk Mail" folder), you can instruct Gmail to filter it to your Inbox.
Here's how:
- Open your Gmail mailbox
- Click on Contacts
- Click on New contact
- In the first field, labeled Email:, type in "newsletter@optionetics.com" (without the quotation marks)

If you're using AOL, you can ensure that your Optionetics newsletter is delivered to your Inbox by setting your Mail Controls. Here's how:
- Go to Keyword Mail Controls.
- Select the screen name we're sending your Optionetics newsletter to.
- Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name.
For AOL version 9.0: You need to add our sending address to your "People I Know" list.
- Open your latest Optionetics e-mail.
- Click the Add Address button (over on the right) to add the Optionetics newsletter to your "People I Know" list.
Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to the Optionetics newsletter "From" address, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
- Open your latest Optionetics e-mail.
- Copy the address in the "From" line.
- Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
- A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
- Replace the address in the Send To box with the one you copied out of the From line.
- Click Send Now (it's in the top right corner).
Even if the e-mail you send doesn't get through to us (for whatever reason), the act of sending it does the job of putting Optionetics newsletters into your "People I Know" list - and that's what counts.
For AOL version 8.0: Select Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains.
- Click Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom.
- Click Save.
For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include both of these domains: optionetics.com
Others
Many popular e-mail programs, including Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Netscape Mail, don't provide a convenient way for you to white-list the folks you want to receive e-mail from. If you're using this sort of e-mail system and you either aren't getting your Optionetics email or want to make sure you continue to receive your email in the future, you can do something about it.
Contact the customer service people or the Postmaster at the company that provides your e-mail or Internet connection (your ISP). Explain to them that the Optionetics newsletter is e-mail that you asked for and value. Ask them if they can white-list the email. They'll probably ask you for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:
- Sending Address: If they ask for our address, give them the address in the "From" line of your most recent Optionetics newsletter.
- Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them: optionetics.com
- IP Address: If they ask for our sending IP address, tell them all of these: 64.84.15.22, 64.62.197.52, 209.172.110.226
